There are plenty of on-street parking spots in the district for you to park before exploring all the art, culture, food, drinks and shops we have to offer! The Su Teatro N & S parking lots have over 60 spots available and is only $2 per weekday and $5 on weekends & holidays.
Multi-modal Options
Even with plenty of parking in the district, you are also encouraged to visit us via RTD, riding your bicycle, ride-share or walking.

Accessible Parking on Santa Fe Drive (Denver)
- Designated Spots: There are numerous on-street, ADA-compliant parking spots on Santa Fe Drive and throughout the Arts District.
- RTD Light Rail Accessibility: The 10th and Osage Station provides easy, ADA-accessible entry into the heart of the district.
- Event Parking: During First Friday Art Walks, additional parking with accessibility options is often available, although spaces fill quickly.
- Parking Garages Nearby: Nearby, the Sandoval Parking Garage (217 W. Water St.) and the Santa Fe Community Convention Center Garage (119 S. Federal Pl.) offer wheelchair-accessible parking lots.
- Blue Disabled Placard Policy: Vehicles with a valid disabled placard or license plate can park at any metered spot for 4 hours at no cost.
