Santa Fe Business Improvement District (BID)
The Santa Fe BID is located in one of Denver’s most historic and cherished neighborhoods—La Alma Lincoln Park. Over the past several decades, the Santa Fe Drive commercial corridor has undergone significant transformation, with new businesses, new buildings, physical improvements, streetscape pilot, and new economic development shaping its growth.
A collaborative effort between the City of Denver and various community stakeholders—including Denver’s Art District on Santa Fe, NEWSED Community Development Corporation, La Alma Lincoln Park, Business and property owners, and others—has brought the area into a new era of cooperation and redevelopment.
