About Us

The Santa Fe BID is located within one of Denver’s most historic and beloved neighborhoods – La Alma Lincoln Park. The Santa Fe Drive commercial corridor has seen an evolution of business, physical improvements, and economic development over the past several decades. The City of Denver and the neighborhood’s various community stakeholders including but not limited to; Denver’s Art District on Santa Fe, NEWSED Community Development Corporation, Lincoln Park Planning Association, Maintenance Districts A & B, La Alma Action, Hangar 41 and many others collaborated to bring the area into a new era of cooperation and future redevelopment.

The Santa Fe BID is made up of seven board members who represent each block and the categories of small and large property owners, nonprofits, the Art District, business owners, and an at-large seat.
