This is the infamous h****ing dog toy that used to be available as a gag gift at stores like Spencer’s and Spirit Halloween but is no longer produced. Created by the German company Gemmy around 2004.
It’s extremely difficult to find one in such good condition, he looks brand new and works perfectly! Strap him to your leg, squeeze his ear, witness his disconcerting barking and, uh … motions, and embrace the social awkwardness. Strap is adjustable so he’ll be able to find trouble just about anywhere.
